How to fix the hair dryer broken

Step 1: first check whether the household fuse is blown, if it is blown, replace it. If not, continue to check the following steps.

Step 2: Check whether the contact between the plug of the hair dryer and the switch is good, whether the plug is plugged in, and if not, plug it in to ensure that the plug is fully inserted into the switch.

Step 3: Check whether there is any hidden break in the power cord of the hair dryer, and whether there is any unsoldering in the handle of the hair dryer. If this happens, repair or replace the power cord as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the handle, you need to disassemble the handle to re-solder the solder joints.

Step 4: Check whether the selector switch is severely oxidized, whether it is in poor contact or broken. If any, rub the switch and replace the switch.

If the hair dryer only generates heat without wind, the general phenomenon of this situation is: the hot-air gear heating wire generates heat, but the motor does not rotate, and the front cylinder is hot but no hot air.

Step 1: Check whether the lead wire of the blower motor is disconnected or broken. If so, it is necessary to weld the lead wire of the motor.

Step 2: Check whether the switch that controls the motor is black or severely oxidized, to see if it is a problem with the switch, and if it is, replace the motor switch.

Step 3: Check if the motor frame or fan blades are deflected, displaced or deformed due to the collision. This will result in no hot air output and the fan blades need to be replaced.

Step 4: Check whether there is any sundries between the motor spindle and the rotor. In general, sundries will cause the blades of the hair dryer to not rotate. If so, clean up the debris.

Step 5: Check if the motor spindle and rotor are touching, if so, disassemble and reinstall the two positions.If the hair dryer is windy but not hot, the phenomenon of this situation is that the hot air file motor works normally, but the heating wire is not hot, and only cold air blows out.

 1: Check whether the lead wire of the heating wire is off or broken. If so, you need to disassemble the connecting wire of the welding heating wire.

 2: Whether the switch for controlling the hot air is in bad contact, if so, replace the hot air switch.

 3: Check whether the heating wire is burned out. If the heating wire is burnt out, you should replace the heating wire immediately or try to connect it.
